Mr. Hayden's 6th Class visited Waterford City Library at Lady Lane on Monday, November 13th!

The boys went to learn about rocks, copper and geology as part of Science Week 2017. They enjoyed a talk about the Copper Coast in Co. Waterford, how copper is formed, and how copper can be found in rocks. The class also got to see some examples of the rocks. Everyone enjoyed the talk for Science Week - and there are some pictures from 6th Class' visit in the gallery below!
