Zoom Ahead ran in Miss McGovern's Senior Infants and Miss Flavin's 2nd Class in February 2018. Zoom Ahead is a reading initiative that is proving very popular with the boys in St. Stephen's! Each boy had a book to read, and they had to draw a picture about it every night for 3 weeks. Parents drew a picture each night too. At the end of the programme, the boys had read TWELVE books! Well done to everyone in both classes and thanks to all the parents for supporting the programme. Thanks also to our HSCL teacher Mr. Fahy, who organised the programme and arranged for the presentation of certificates for the boys in both classes after the completion of Zoom Ahead.
