- St. Stephen's De La Salle BNS

Pupils from St. Stephen's are regular entrants in local quiz events, especially the Credit Union Quiz which is held every year in late January into early February. Mr. Keevers looks after the teams from our school that take part in this challenging but fun quiz night. Over the years, we have had wonderful successes at the Credit Union Quiz at local, regional - and even national level on a few occasions!

This year, we sent two teams to take part at both the under 11 and under 13 competitions. The rules changed slightly this year as there were more schools involved and just one quiz night, so we were only able to enter one team at each age. The Under 11s came 8th and the Under 13s came 5th, which is very respectable, out of the large number of teams from schools all over Waterford. Well done to the boys involved!
