Boys from 3rd Class went to the FAI Schools FUTSAL Tournament Finals at the stunning WIT Sports Campus in Carriganore on Tuesday, November 29th, 2016! The boys did themselves and their school proud once again, playing good football and displaying a wonderful sporting attitude at all times, as well as doing what was the most important on the day - enjoying playing the game of football. On top of that, the boys finished 2nd in the group as runners up! Given that the other teams were all older, this is a really magnificent achievement. All of us here in St. Stephen's are very proud of the boys and their efforts!

The final results were:
Game 1: St. Stephen's 1-1 St. Declan's

Game 2: St. Stephen's 2-0 Mount Sion
Game 3: St. Stephen's 0-2 Holy Cross
