The Chess Club annual outing is always a super day out!

The 2017 trip took place on Monday, June 19th, as Billy, Mr. Russell, Rose, Charlotte and Jack and, of course, the Chess Club members boarded a bus after school and made their way up to the beautiful Comeragh Mountains. Everyone enjoyed a hike in splendid surroundings - and some sweltering heat and sunshine - and took in some stunning views of county Waterford. They ended up at the Mahon Falls, and the boys enjoyed some fun in the water. With everyone almost out on their feet, the bus made one final stop - at McDonalds!! That was a very popular decision with the food being devoured in almost record time!
