The boys in 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 5th Class had a super time learning about dogs and safety around dogs with Heather from Dog's Trust Ireland.

Heather came to visit St. Stephen's on Monday, June 26th, 2017, and brought a furry friend - Ted, the helper dog! Ted and Heather taught the boys about how to behave around dogs - asking permission to pet a dog, how to approach a dog for the first time, and what to do if you don't want attention from a dog.
