- St. Stephen's De La Salle BNS

Mrs. Cosgrave's 5th Class took a thrilling Walking Tour of Waterford with Stephen from Fadó on Thursday, May 7th!

The 5th Class boys started their tour at the back of Bishop's Palace before making their way to Reginald's Tower and learned about the Irish flag and Thomas Francis Meagher's connection to the flag. The class went on to learn about the Australian and New Zealand flags, Greece, Mexico, South Africa, America and Italy. All the while, Stephen told stories linking tribes in these countries to our city of Waterford! Mrs. Cosgrave's Class really enjoyed the stories that Stephen told that linked the flags of the world to our city - and had lots of fun playing the parts!
