St. Stephen's is always in contention to win trophies in the Waterford Primary Schools Football League competitions, as well as the national FAIS 5-
> 3rd Class at the FUTSAL Competition at WIT Arena -

> St. Stephen's had 2 teams in 2 finals in the 2016 Willie Moran Memorial Tournament, but unfortunately, both teams were defeated in their respective finals of the Cup and the Shield. The school also reached the semi final of the 2016 Jack Kennedy Memorial Cup, before ultimately falling to an unlucky defeat against St. Declan's.
